Associated Risks was founded in 2009 by a former member of the United Kingdom Special Forces with a clear mission: to deliver high-integrity security services, risk management, and operational support in complex and high-risk environments. What began as a focused operation in Thailand and the Philippines has grown into a trusted international security company supporting corporate clients, international organisations, event organisers, and high-net-worth individuals across Southeast Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Central Asia.

Our core operational presence remains in Southeast Asia, where we provide end-to-end security solutions across Thailand, the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Myanmar. Key operational centres include Bangkok, Phuket, and Pattaya in Thailand, and Manila and strategic locations throughout Luzon, the Visayas, and Mindanao in the Philippines. Services in the region include executive protection, close protection, bodyguard services, secure transportation, security drivers, journey management, advance and reconnaissance operations, and crisis response support, all tailored to local operating conditions, regulatory environments, and client requirements.

Beyond Southeast Asia, Associated Risks supports clients across Europe, including the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and Ukraine; the Middle East, including Turkey, Iraq, Lebanon, and Syria; Africa, with operational reach in Nigeria, Algeria, Libya, Somalia, Mozambique, Mali, Niger, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC); and Central Asia, including Afghanistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan. Associated Risks also delivers maritime security and coastal security services, particularly in Southeast Asia and select locations across Africa and the Middle East.
